"As you know, we have had the pleasure to have three of your sons (David, Jacob, and Joshua) on our property, in addition to other also wonderful crew members including Alan, Wayne, Ben, Eddie (and others who have briefly passed through) since July. The work your men provide is unapparelled in craftmanship, knowledge, and skill. Your sons and crew also demonstrate ultimate pillars of character which we realize we would not achieve with other companies! We thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the crew and meeting extended family when we visited the shop a few weeks ago and Jacob's home. I feel it is important for you to know about the manner in which Jacob handled a situation this past Friday, 10/25/2024, to our advantage. Without his calm presence, patience, and problem-solving skills, our appliances for the new addition likely would not have been delivered. Jacob was hard at work on our beautiful front door, cutting trim. The delivery crew for appliances arrived and one of them men was hostile, angry, and wholeheartedly inappropriate. While this was not part of Jacob's responsibility for the day, Jacob intervened to help Justin diffuse the situation. Jacob paused his work to begin measuring with his tape and suggesting solutions, only to be met with continued hostility from the delivery driver. Jacob's composure was unwavering, and he managed to convince the man to let him forklift the appliances down into the garage. None of this was any part of Jacob's responsibility! We let Jacob know of our appreciation but wanted to make you also aware of him going above and beyond. It was his collectedness and measured solution that led to our appliances being delivered that day!"
