For the Ford residence, our team drafted and designed an extensive rear addition that transformed the overall flow and functionality of the home. The project included creating a new mudroom entry, a full master suite, and reimagined kitchen and dining areas to better suit modern living. We also added two additional bedrooms, a new full bath, and fully renovated an existing hall bath. The design extended outdoors with a new deck that connects seamlessly to the expanded floor plan.

Because the property sits within a historic district, we worked closely with the Historic Board to ensure all exterior design elements aligned with architectural requirements while still delivering the client’s desired vision. Comprehensive interior and exterior renderings were provided to help the homeowners visualize every detail before construction.
